Educators do all they can for Conejo students

Bravo to the very eloquent, in- sightful and witty contributors of the Sept. 28 Thousand Oaks Acorn letters addressing JoAnn Cobasko's continued criticism of the CVUSD.

Thousand Oaks residents David Dolnick ("Skewed tests results no reason to reelect Dunn"), Randy Roth ("Critic of the school district has political motive") and Ron Bauer ("Dunn and his supporters see the glass half empty") did a great service to our community by exposing the inaccuracies and closed- mindedness of this one-woman diatribe.

Parents who send their children to the schools in our district should be secure in the knowledge that they have an extremely competent "village" of educators and volun- teers who are providing students with a progressive and humanistic curriculum that will benefit them currently and in their academic and life experiences ahead.
