Oust incumbents in Thousand Oaks City Council race
     I am ecstatic at the number of candidates vying for the three Thousand Oaks City Council seats in the upcoming Nov. 7 elec- tion. This gives T.O. citizens a chance to make a much-needed change in the makeup of our City Council when we cast our votes.

For the record
     A letter to the editor in last week's edition from Mervyn Kopp of Thousand Oaks said that Louis Masry failed in an attempt to run for City Council in Moorpark and was "soundly rejected." Masry never ran for the Moorpark City Council.
