The Thousand Oaks Republican Women Federated will present "Empowering Woman," a forum showcasing dynamic women and their stories of success, on Thurs., Sept. 21 at Westlake Village Inn, 32001 Agoura Road, Westlake Village. Networking will begin at 11 a.m., with luncheon and program at 11:45 a.m.
