Erin and Bob also received the Society of Excellence 2005 award, Coldwell Banker's highest award of which only 79 sales professionals in Southern California achieve.

Erin and Bob are ranked among the top 10 for Coldwell Banker's Southern California Northwest Region top 50 agents for 2005 and were recently congratulated by Lewis as the No. 1 team for the first half of 2006 for the WLV Promenade office.
