A DAY TO REMEMBER-Julia Kelen celebrates her 100th birthday at Atria Hillcrest senior living center in Thousand Oaks. Among other highlights, she was presented with a proclamation by Thousand Oaks Mayor Dennis Gillette. Kelen's birthday party was hosted on Wed., Aug. 16.
