RARE, POSSIBLY ONE OF A KIND-Joe Alessandrino of Newbury Park believes he owns the only 1930 Pierce Arrow Salon in existence. The automobile was only built for about three months; production halted because of the Depression. The car sold new for about $7,000, which was a fortune back in those days. It's virtually original, Alessandrino said, and has about 81,000 miles.
