Go green for baby and family

The Green for Baby store in Thousand Oaks is in business to give babies a healthy start in life by providing a variety of organic cotton clothes that are free of bleach, pesticides, flame retardants and other chemicals. At the store parents will also find wood cribs and 100 natural crib mattresses, bumpers, comforters and linens. According to industry experts,

children and adults are exposed to increasing amounts of environmental toxins that can result in various health issues ranging from breathing problems to the disruption of cellular processes. As infants are so small, the ratio of toxin intake to their body weight is much greater than the adult ratio. To compound the problem, their bodies are not able to detoxify and excrete these toxins as easily as adults.

Green for Baby also offers a full line of hypoallergenic and purely organic pillows, mattresses and bedding. All sizes, from crib to adult, are available.
