Getting ready to 'bleed'

RESCUE SIMULATION- Thousand Oaks resident Dennis Wasserman readies a device that produces "blood" for fake wounds he will suffer during a staged bombing scenario last Friday at California State University Channel Islands in Camarillo. Funded by a Homeland Security grant, the Ventura County Emergency Medical Services Agency organized the "multi-casualty" exercise, which included participation by law and fire department personnel.
