A DAZZLING SIGHT--Despite statistics that show the crime rate goes up during the full moon, there's something mystical and mesmerizing about it. The moon influences the ocean tides and makes a nice backdrop to the sound of crickets during comfortable and cool Southern California summer nights. This photo was taken in Westlake Village.
