HIGHEST RANK--Collin Lueck of Boy Scout Troop No. 761 is flanked by T.O. Councilmember Tom Glancy, left, and Mayor Dennis Gillette as he's promoted to the rank of Eagle Scout at the Rockwell Science Center in Thousand Oaks. Lueck refurbished the interior and exterior of the Life Center of Ventura County as his Eagle Scout project. He's a senior at TOHS and will be attending the University of Dallas this fall.
