Cathy Hart

Real estate professional Cathy Hart has been a Conejo Valley resident since 1979, and a licensed realtor since 1983. During the more than two decades of her real estate career, she has consistently earned all of the top awards for sales and production in the industry. This year is no exception.

At the company's recent awards banquet, Hart was again among the shining stars. Her f i r s t honor was for Chairman's Circle Gold. This is an award given at the national level, which places Hart in the top percentage of agents nationwide in 2005. She has earned membership in the Chairman's circle for seven years, and as a result received a Legend Award for her remarkable achievement. She is well on her way to becoming a 10-year Legend.

The final announcement of the morning was the list of the top 20 Prudential California Realty agents for 2005. Hart was again among them, and joined the elite Gibraltar Circle. Each month, agents from the various Prudential California Realty offices take production awards. Hart's list of these accolades is evidence of her ongoing success during the year. She took Top Lister and Top Sales in March 2005, and Top Producer in April and June.

Giving back to the community is high on Hart's list of priorities. "I take pride in the fact that each year at Christmas, I collect donations from Prudential agents to purchase telephone calling cards, and send hundreds of them to the 'Wounded Warriors' at Walter Reed Army Medical Center," she said.

Hart is a graduate of OSU with bachelor's and master's degrees. She has had extensive management training, and professional experience with pharmaceutical and financial institutions.

One of her areas of expertise as a realtor is

destination agent for several relocation companies. Targeting her area as a specialist, Hart asserts that she "sells the Conejo Valley by the yard!"
