Supervisor offers gratitude to voters

I'm honored voters have elected to return me to a second term as Ventura County supervisor. I am humbled by the hundreds of contributors and volunteers who helped my campaign.

In my next term I will continue to work for all residents, emphasizing fiscal accountability, environmental protection, public safety and transportation improvements.

Some of my goals include adding paramedic engines to all our fire stations, returning more deputies to patrol in the unincorporated areas, reinstating our crisis team to help people with mental illness who are in crisis, opening county parks and trails, strengthening protections for open space and ridgelines, and continuing to bolster our county's economic outlook.
