We have lived in the city of Thousand Oaks for the last six years. After listening and reading all the negative things the people have said, let me say a very big thank you too the street department for taking care of my problem in my neighborhood.

We had a noisy manhole cover in front of my house and I called them and asked if they would fix the problem. The two women I spoke to were very friendly and professional and said it would be taken care of.
