The Conejo Recreation and Park District will present a skateboard contest from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sat., June 3 at Borchard Community Center, 190 N. Reino Road, Newbury Park. Registration is $7 on the day

of the event or $5 in advance. In-person registration only will be accepted at the center.

Divisions include ages 11 and younger, 12 to 14 years, 15 to 17 years, 18 years and older, sponsored and best trick. The event will include give

aways, prizes, music, rock wall climbing and an airbrush tattoo booth. Sponsors include Revolution Surf Co., Simi Valley Skate Lab, IG Boarding Shop and Epic Boarding Shop.
