JANN HENDRYAcorn Newspapers HEADED BACK TO THE FOREST--A black bear, only about 2 years old, hides in a culvert near a construction site on Russell Ranch Road in the city of Westlake Village. Cindy Ward and Mike Stefanak of the California Department of Fish and Game reposition a fence in front of a culvert where the bear was hiding. The animal was eventually lured into a trap and captured without the use of tranquilizers. The bear, the second to visit suburbia this  spring,  was  later  released  in  the  wilderness.
