Local lady cares about her dogs, helps keep parks clean

BILL SPARKES/Acorn Newspapers QUIET TIMES-Joyce Maxwell has been walking dogs in local parks for more than 30 years. The retired professor says she enjoys the beauty of nature. She doesn't let her dogs leave messes. Here she's taking an evening stroll with Wags and Molly at Conejo Community Park.
