Joanne Nelson, an award-winning agent with Prudential California Realty, was recently honored at the company's annual awards banquet held on Feb. 24. As she received the Gibraltar Circle award, she joined the Top 20 in the company for 2005. She also accepted the Chairman's Circle Gold that morning, which recognized her outstanding production achievement for last year.

In addition to the annual awards, Nelson was the recipient of monthly awards in 2005 for the Thousand Oaks Regional Office of Prudential. In January and August, she was the top lister.

Nelson has been a Conejo Valley resident for more than 25 years. She has a bachelor's degree in business administration and has a background as a travel and relocation specialist for an international corporation. She is actively involved in local schools and community.
