A big winner

JANN HENDRY/Acorn Newspapers SCIENCE STANDOUT-Thousand Oaks High School sophomore Kenny Dinh is the winner of the fifth annual Health Sciences Academy project and presentation at the school's Performing Arts Center. Kenny researched and presented information on bubonic plague, the so-called Black Death that wiped out a quarter of Europe's population in the 14th century.
