Century 21 Adobe Realty, a franchise of the world's largest residential real estate sales organization, was recently recognized with the Quality Service Pinnacle Award for 2005.

The annual award is based on results from the Quality Service Survey which is e-mailed to consumers immediately after the purchase or sale of a home through the office. To earn the award, an office must receive a completed customer survey score of at least 95 percent for the previous two years.
