 TEACHER'S PET-State Superintendent of Schools Jack O'Connell makes a surprise appearance to present the Thousand Oaks/Westlake Village Regional Chamber of Commerce Teacher of the Month award to his sister, Thousand Oaks High School teacher Nancy Schroeder, during a presentation on Wednesday. Their mother, Ruth Kent, a Camarillo resident, was on stage to witness the presentation. |
