Thousand Oaks gymnast defies gravity on a daily basis
     BILL SPARKES/Acorn Newspapers DISCIPLINED ATHLETE-Brendan Williams, 14, of Thousand Oaks, will soon be off to compete in the in the 2006 USA Gymnastics Mens' Junior Olympic National Championships to be held in Battle Creek May 2 through 7. Williams trains with his coach three hours a night, four nights a week at Monarchs gym in Agoura. Williams' specialty is the all-round event.
