Dilbeck Realtors HonorIts High Achievers
Stacy Richardson, a sales associate of Dilbeck Realtors Westlake Village office, was recently named Dilbeck Realtors GMAC Real Estates No. 1 Sales Associate of the Year. Richardson took home the top Eagle Award at the firm's annual awards event. The ballroom at the Castaways Restaurant in Burbank set the stage for this year's event to honor the company's outstanding achievers of 2005. More than 500 agents attended. This year's theme was "Around the World and Around the Corner."
Richardson also received the Most Transactions Award. Taking home the two highest awards of the year gave her a seat on the prestigious President's Council, composed of the 2 percent of sales associates in the company plus the top award winner in any office who is not represented in the top 2 percent. This council meets with the management team periodically to help develop new ways to succeed in today's real estate market.
Richardson has won Sales Associate of the Year for the past six years. Sally Varga will be joining Richardson on this year's President's Council.
"Together we celebrate our 2005 successes and look to a bright future in an ever-changing real estate environment," said Dilbeck. "In 2005, we set a new closed sales volume record and again surpassed the $2 billion mark, keeping us among an elite group of companies nationwide. Just as our sales volume reached new heights-so did the average income of our agent."
Richardson was also named First Place Associate of the Year in her Westlake Village office, a position she has held for the past 16 years.
Additional award winners in the Westlake Village office include: Second Place Office Associates of the Year: Sally Varga.
Third Place Office Associate of the Year: Judi Irwin. Award of Excellence: Judi Irwin, Stacy Richardson and Sally Varga. Award of Distinction: Diane Kane and Veronica Ellias.
Award of Achievement: Bunnie Hickman, Mary Lavorato, Michael Rumbin and Linda Smith. Award of Merit: Helen Borland and Howard Schuster.
Angela Svennefiord was recognized as a Shooting Star.
"We appreciate the sincere commitment to 'premier service' and 'consistently exceeding expectations' of so many of our associates," said Dilbeck. "It is these commitments that help us build upon our 'generations of trust for generations to come.'"
