Spring Fling fundraiser set

The Sisters of Notre Dame will host their annual fundraising event "Spring Fling" from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sun., May 7 at Notre Dame Center, 1776 Hendrix Ave., Thousand Oaks.

Reservations can be made for a $25 donation per person before Sun., April 30 ($35 afterward) by calling Carmela Anne Burke at (805) 917-3714.

The event features an all-youcan eat buffet, a craft boutique and home-made baked goods.

Raffle tickets are available for $5 each (or 6 for $25) and the winner need not be present to win the first prize of $1,000, second prize of $500 or third prize of $250.

Proceeds from the fundraiser support the good causes of the Sisters of Notre Dame.
