Media work, multimedia design on display at CLU
Selections of media works and multimedia design journals will be on display in California Lutheran University's Soiland Humanities Center from Sat., April 1 through Thurs., April 13.
An opening reception for each show will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Sat., April 1 in the center's Kwan Fong Gallery of Art and Culture, on the campus at 60 W. Olsen Road, Thousand Oaks.
"CLUFEST 2006" will display a selection of media artwork created by CLU students during their college careers. Categories include animation, graphic arts, digital cinema, experimental media and interactive design. The third annual Design Journal Show will display CLU multimedia students' daily design journals chronicling "their discovered moments and points in time that are amusing, sad, funnyinspirational and thought-provoking." From these experiences, the students have created pages filled with images and words that portray their individual perspectiveon life.
