Vendor applications available for Conejo Valley Days Marketplace

The five-day carnival with food booths, arcade is scheduled to run May 3 through 7 at Conejo Creek Park South

Applications are currently available for businesses and nonprofit groups interested in exhibiting in the "CVD Marketplace," a large enclosed commercial tent at the 2006 Conejo Valley Days (CVD).

CVD will be presented from May 3 to 7 at Conejo Creek Park South, Thousand Oaks. Conejo Valley Days is celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2006 with the theme "CVD Cheers for Fifty Years."

The five-day event, presented by the Conejo Valley Days Committee, attracts between 45,000 and 50,000 people each year. The CVD Marketplace features 115 vendors, artisans, nonprofit organizations and service and product companies that display and sell their products and promote their services. Each vendor booth measures 10 feet by 10 feet.

"The CVD Marketplace is typically is one of the festival's most popular attractions," said Jacque Turner, CVD tent chairperson.

The CVD Marketplace will be open during CVD from 5 to 10 p.m. on Wed. and Thurs., May 3 and 4; from 5 p.m. to midnight on Fri., May 5; noon to midnight on Sat., May 6 and from noon to 8 p.m. on Sun., May 7.
