February sales of Conejo Valley single-family homes totaled 109. This compares to 101 sold in January and 111 a year ago, according to Glen Scalise, president of the Conejo Valley Association of Realtors.

The median sales price for single-family homes in February was $814,390, the Realtor said. In February 2005 it was $803,570. The median price is the point where half of the units sold for more and half for less.

The total amount for all real estate transactions in February was $130.3 million. For February a year ago, the total was $136.6 million.

New residential listings totaled 211 in February compared to 184 in February 2005.
