Conejo Free Clinic provides vaccinations for adults and children at monthly immunization clinics.

The children's vaccination clinics are 9:30 a.m. the first Wednesday of each month and 5:30 p.m. on the fourth Tuesday of each month.

While a small donation of $5 per family is suggested, no one is turned away due to inability to pay. Previous immunization records must be brought in.

The children's immunizations include Dtap, oral polio, Hib, MMR (measles, mumps and rubella), chicken pox, prevnar, hepatitis A and B and meningococcal.

Vaccinations for adults are given at 6 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month. These immunizations include hepatitis A and B, tetanus booster, IPV, MMR and meningococcal offered at cost. TB tests can also be done.

The clinic is at 80 Hillcrest Drive, Ste. 102, Thousand Oaks.
