The American Association of University Women-Thousand Oaks branch will be celebrating its 40th anniversary since being chartered in 1966 with a luncheon on June 3 at North Ranch Country Club, Westlake Village.

The luncheon will feature a champagne reception, lunch, the announcement of 16 "Members of Distinction," door prizes, cake cutting and other festivities.

Special guests at the luncheon will include Marilyn Carpenter and Dorothy Robinson, two of the three charter members from 1966.

Event sponsors are being sought. The cost to sponsor a table is $50. Sponsors will be invited to display their advertising material at their sponsored table and will be listed on the event program.
