Pat Helton

Pat Helton, broker associate, CRS, GRI, ABR, ePRO of the Coldwell Banker Westlake Village Promenade Office, was honored at the Coldwell Banker International Business Conference in San Francisco. Coldwell Banker is celebrating its 100th year as a premier real estate company. The event was Feb. 15 to 17 at the Moscone Convention Center in San Francisco.

Former Secretary of State, Colin Powell, was one of the keynote speakers at the conference. He shared information about his interactions and negotiations with world leaders and talked about the important role realtors play in helping people achieve the American dream of home ownership. He was very humorous and inspiring.

Pat has achieved Coldwell Banker's prestigious honor International President's Elite for 2005. She has achieved this honor consecutively since 1987. She is Coldwell Banker's senior preview estates director and a certified relocation specialist. She has been named to Who's Who in Residential Real Estate in North America.

Pat is a generous donor to many community charities. She is a corporate sponsor for the Summer Jazz concerts held annually at the Gardens of the World. She is a member of the Alliance of the Arts. She and her clients were participants in the "Stockings for our Troops in Iraq" for the past two years.

Pat is a former educator and has a master's of science degree. She is a supporter of many schools and their sports teams. She is the school team sponsor for Colina Middle School. She donated to the school the school-team telecommunication technology system, valued at $10,000. The system allows the principal to immediately contact parents by phone in case of emergency. Pat believes it is extremely important to give back generously to the community in which she lives and works.
