Squirrels of the Month

NAP TIME-These little pipsqueaks were rescued after being separated from their parents. Acorn employee Jennifer Valdez found "Chip" and "Dale," the two bigger squirrels at the upper left, in her Newbury Park backyard after they fell from their nest. The two smaller animals, including the one being fed on the left, were brought to The Nature of Wildworks, a local nonprofit organization dedicated to caring for orphaned animals.
