Between 7:30 p.m. April 15 and 10 a.m. April 16 in the 900 block of Paseo Santa Cruz, vandals caused $3,500 in damages to someone’s property.

A CD player was stolen from a locked vehicle between 11 p.m. April 16 and 6:15 a.m. April 17 in the 600 block of N. Dos Vientos Drive. The total loss was $200.

Police arrested a motorist for driving under the influence at 2:30 a.m. April 17 on the north- bound side of the 101 Freeway near Borchard Road.

A thief broke into a vehicle and stole a firearm between 2 p.m. April 12 and 9:50 a.m. April 15 in the 3100 block of Charlotte Street. The total loss wasn’t reported.

Vandals caused $500 in damages to someone’s property between 8 p.m. April 15 and 8 a.m. April 16 in the 400 block of N. Gainsborough Road.

The damages were $500 as a result of vandalism between 1 and 7 a.m. April 16 in the 2100 block of Basswood Court.

Vandals caused $500 in damages between 5 p.m. April 12 and 11:45 a.m. April 13 on McCloud Avenue at St. Charles Drive.

A thief stole over $400 in property from an unlocked vehicle between 5 p.m. April 14 and 9 a.m. April 15 in the 3000 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

At 4:15 a.m. April 14 in the 1000 block of Amberton Lane, the total loss was $390 when a thief broke into a vehicle and stole a wallet.

Suspects caused $300 in damages to someone’s property between 8 p.m. April 15 and 8:40 a.m. April 16 in the 400 block of E. Wilbur Road.

Between 5 p.m. April 13 and 11 a.m. April 15 in the 300 block of Wilbur Road, the loss was $200 when a thief stole someone’s property from inside an unlocked vehicle.

A burglary took place between 7:30 p.m. April 13 and 1:10 p.m. April 17 at Skin Care Studio in the 3600 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard. The loss wasn’t reported.

A known suspect stole merchandise between 3:45 and 4:30 p.m. April 17 at Mervyn’s department store in the 200 block of N. Moorpark Road. The loss wasn’t reported.

Authorities took a suspect into custody for illegal drug intoxication at 12:15 p.m. April 16 in the 400 block of Avenida de Los Arboles.

At 5:30 p.m. April 16 in the 100 block of Meagan Place, someone was detained for battery.

At 1 a.m. April 15 on Townsgate Road at Westlake, police arrested a motorist for driving under the influence.

A suspect was detained for driving under the influence at 11:40 p.m. April 15 on Wilbur Road at Pensfield.

Unknown suspects struck a person and a vehicle causing injury and damages at 6:20 p.m. April 15 in the 500 block of N. Moorpark Road. The damages weren’t reported.

Between 7 p.m. April 12 and 7:30 a.m. April 13 in the 1100 block of Windsor Drive, someone spray-painted graffiti on another person’s property. The damages weren’t reported.

At 9:30 a.m. April 13 in the 100 block of N. Skyline Drive, police arrested a suspect for illegal drug intoxication.
