Ring in 2006 with celebration

Hyatt Westlake Plaza is planning a New Year’s celebration, “Fire and Ice,” on Sat., Dec. 31.

The band Fast Times, plus two deejays, will supply entertainment. Light hors d’oeuvres, party favors and a midnight countdown with a champagne toast will round out the evening.

Three choices for this New Year’s Eve event are being offered. The deluxe package includes a cocktail reception, four-course gourmet dinner in Bella Terraza, “Fire and Ice” party and overnight accommodations for $299 per couple. The second choice includes the reception, four-course dinner and party at a cost of $160 per couple.

The cost to attend only the “Fire and Ice” party is $35 per person.
