BILL SPARKES/Acorn Newspapers GIFTS TO GO—Jay Block and Karen Naccarato wrap presents for children at Elks Lodge No. 2477 in Thousand Oaks. This year, more than 200 children, ranging in age from 1 to 16 years old and representing 90 families, will receive gifts from the Elks. Families also receive a box containing a turkey or ham and enough food to last for an entire week.
