For the record

A headline last week mistakenly said that a free holiday dinner on Christmas Day is for the “needy.” On the contrary, this event at Thousand Oaks High School from noon to 4 p.m. Dec. 25 is for anyone who would like to share a meal with others and possibly meet new friends. A traditional holiday meal will be served and entertainment is planned.

The school is at 2323 N. Moorpark Road.
