Conejo Valley Mothers of Multiples (CVMOM) will hear from guest speaker Sandy McDaniel, the weekly Sunday parenting columnist for the Orange County Register, during the 7 p.m. meeting on Wed., Jan. 11 at the Boys & Girls Club, 1980 E. Avenida de Las Flores, Thousand Oaks.

McDaniel is the creator of www.parentingSOS.com. She’s the author of “Recipes from Parenting” and “Leave Your Baggage at the Door,” and co-author of “Project Self-Esteem.”

A mother of two, McDaniel has more than four decades of experience in the field of child development. She will discuss “Get Out of the Spin Cycle,” supplying attendees with important parenting tools.
