Newbury Park

Someone stole cash from a locked vehicle between 5 p.m. Nov. 23 and 7:15 a.m. Nov. 25 on Newbury Road. The dollar loss wasn’t reported.

At 12 p.m. Nov. 25 in the 1200 block of Newbury Road, police arrested a suspect for drug intoxication.

A suspect stole property from a locked vehicle between 9 and 11 p.m. Nov. 24 at Motel 6 in the 1500 block of Newbury Road.

Thousand Oaks

Police arrested a suspect for possession of drugs at 8 a.m. Nov. 28 in the 2100 block of E. Olsen Road.

Between 10 p.m. Nov. 26 and 9 a.m. Nov. 27 in the 3600 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard, a burglary took place. The loss was $350.

At 1:20 a.m. Nov. 27 in the 2200 block of Moss Court, police arrested a suspect for possession of drugs.

Graffiti vandals caused $200 in damages on the night of Nov. 26 in the 1600 block of Avenida de Los Arboles.

Between 7:30 p.m. Nov. 25 and 7:30 a.m. Nov. 26 in the 1400 block of Pathfinder Avenue, vandals caused $600 in damages.

An unknown suspect stole a cellphone and sunglasses from an unlocked vehicle between 8 p.m. Nov. 25 and 7:45 a.m. Nov. 26 in the 3600 block of Lang Ranch Parkway. The dollar loss wasn’t reported.

Someone stole property from a locked vehicle between 9:15 p.m. Nov. 25 and 8:45 a.m. Nov. 26 in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive. The dollar loss wasn’t reported.

Between 3:15 and 3:30 p.m. Nov. 26 on Promenade Way, someone committed forgery.

Police arrested a suspect for grand theft at 7 p.m. Nov. 25 in the 200 block of N. Moorpark Road.

At 12:50 p.m. Nov. 25 at Mobil gas station in the 900 block of S. Westlake Boulevard, someone shoplifted. The dollar loss wasn’t reported.

Between Nov. 24 and Nov. 25 on Moorpark Road at Avenida de Las Flores, graffiti vandals caused $400 in damages.

Vandals caused $800 in damages between 2:15 and 8:30 a.m. Nov. 25 on W. Avenida de Los Arboles.

A burglar stole $200 in various items between 8:30 and 9 a.m. Nov. 25 in the 500 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

Between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. Nov. 24 in the 2700 block of Hilary Court, a suspect stole a vehicle from someone’s garage. The dollar loss wasn’t reported.

Someone shoplifted between 10 a.m. Nov. 3 and 9 p.m. Nov. 23 at Ritz Camera in the 400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive. The dollar loss wasn’t reported.

Between 2:45 and 3 p.m. Nov. 22 at Macy’s department store in the 300 block of W. Hillcrest Drive, a suspect shoplifted. The dollar loss wasn’t reported.

Between 4 and 8 p.m. Nov. 22 at an address not reported, two suspects entered a home, brandished handguns and bound a woman’s hands and feet with duct tape, then ransacked the dwelling. The suspects took cash and tried to open a safe, but were unsuccessful. Police later captured the two suspects and booked them into the Ventura County Jail for armed robbery.

At 4 p.m. Nov. 22 in the 300 block of Hillcrest Drive, a suspect was arrested for petty theft.
