Defends the war

I’m writing due to the war in Iraq. People are constantly debating if we should get our troops home, when we should do it and if the war is really worth it.

We can’t leave until our job is finished. We should discuss leaving when it’s time to leave. I believe the war is worth it.

It pains me to see people degrade our troops because they don’t agree with the war. Even if they don’t agree, they should still support our troops and not put the blame on them. They’re just doing their job. People should leave them alone. Jeremy Hanna Life Scout, Troop No. 753 Newbury Park
