Sagacious Speakers of Westlake will be hosting a “Toastmasters Holiday Gathering” from 1 to 4:30 p.m. on Sat., Dec. 3 at 31200 Oak Crest Drive, Westlake Village, in the Community Room between city hall and the library.

The event theme is “Renaissance; New Beginnings.” This is a holiday celebration for all Toastmasters and is open to the public. Members will share stories, benefits and learning experiences.

“Toastmasters membership assists you in finding your voice, shaping your words and building your confidence. It is a place to become the speaker and leader you want to be and create your future,” according to Gloria Schexnayder of the club.

Renaissance attire or peasant dress is optional. A potluck meal will be provided by attending Toastmasters.
