Thomas Frisbee of Thousand Oaks is among 27 Cal State Northridge students who will be studying abroad through the California State University’s systemwide International Program (IP).

IP offers students an opportunity to study at one of more than 50 universities in 19 countries while receiving college credit.

Frisbee, majoring in electronic media, will be studying in Sweden.
