Salon celebrates expansion

Pacific Breeze Salon will be hosting its Grand Reopening party from 6 to 8 p.m. on Fri., Dec. 2. The salon is celebrating the completion of its newly expanded hair salon. The salon opened in 2001 with four stylist stations and now has 12 stations.

Set in an elegant tropical atmosphere, the salon is spacious and caters to its clientele.

The owner, Melodi McBurney Calderwood, has been a hairstylist in Thousand Oaks and Westlake for 28 years and feels she has some of the finest hairstylists in the area.

“We offer a friendly, nonthreatening atmosphere, where the focus is our clients, great hair

cutting and styling. Our stylistare experts in all facets of hairfrom color to perm and beyond,she said. The salon offers fine retail haicare products and boutique itemas well.
