Police arrested someone for possession of drugs and drug intoxication at 9:20 p.m. Oct. 21 on Ventu Park Road at Ortega Street.

At 6:15 p.m. Oct. 22 at Best Buy in the 300 block of N. Moorpark Road, police arrested someone for petty theft.

A suspect stole a taillight from a pickup truck between 4:30 p.m. Oct. 21 and 8:30 a.m. Oct. 22 in the 1000 block of Calle Pensamiento. The dollar loss wasn’t reported.

Vandals caused $375 in damages between 4 p.m. Oct. 21 and 6:15 a.m. Oct. 22 at various locations along Haigh Road near Ramona Drive.

A purse was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in an open garage between 11:30 a.m. and 12 p.m. Oct. 21 in the 600 block of Arroyo Oaks.

Between 12 p.m. Oct. 17 and 8:30 a.m. Oct. 21 in the 900 block of Westcreek Lane, vandals caused $700 in damages.

Police arrested someone for drug intoxication at 5 p.m. Oct. 20 in the 2800 block of Los Robles Road.

Vandals caused $40 in damages between 3 and 5:20 p.m. Oct. 20 in the first block of Van Dyke Street.

The loss was $2,700 when someone stole property from a vehicle between 7 p.m. Oct. 19 and 10 a.m. Oct. 20 in the 900 block of Calle Pecos.

Police arrested a suspect for assault with a deadly weapon at 7:45 p.m. Oct. 19 in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

At 8:50 p.m. Oct. 19 at the Westlake Promenade shopping center on Westlake Boulevard, the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department made an arrest as a result of a monthlong drug ring operation in the Conejo Valley. Authorities seized 5 pounds of marijuana and a loaded firearm from someone’s truck. The suspect was taken into custody.

Between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Oct. 19 in the first block of W. Thousand Oaks Boulevard, graffiti vandals caused $100 in damages.

Vandals caused $200 in damages between 9:30 p.m. Oct. 18 and 3:30 p.m. Oct. 19 in the 700 block of E. Spalding.

Someone stole property from a home between 2 a.m. Oct. 17 and 11:30 p.m. Oct. 19 in the 200 block of E. Hillcrest Drive.
