Starting later this month, the annual production of “A Christmas Carol” by Charles Dickens will be presented by the Santa Susana Repertory Company at the Scherr Forum Theater. The theater is in the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza, 2100 Thousand Oaks Blvd. in Thousand Oaks.
