The Teen Adventure Challenge is scheduled to get underway at 9:30 a.m. Sat., Nov. 5 at Hansen Dam Aquatic & Recreation Center. Teams of one adult and three teens tackle a challenging course of mountain biking, trail running, kayaking, rock climbing and low ropes challenges. The first three teams to cross the finish line share more than $1,000 in cash and prizes.

A portion of the proceeds will benefit CORE Adventures, which provides opportunities for at-risk youth to experience the challenge of adventure sports.
