SUPPORTING RESEARCH— Newbury Park resident Marilyn Becker cycles the coastline during the Arthritis Foundation’s Amgen California Coast Classic Bicycle Tour, which started in San Francisco on Sept. 24 and ended in Santa Monica on Oct. 1. The 500-mile ride was a fundraiser for the foundation and raised more than $1 million to support arthritis research and programs.
