Superintendent salutes crossing guards

At the start of another school year, I feel it is long overdue to single out a group of unsung heroes who provide an incredible service for our community. Each day, twice a day, our community’s crossing guards provide friendly greetings and safe passage to thousands of children attending school in Conejo Valley Unified School District. Their diligence and responsibility speak volumes on their commitment to the safety and well-being of our community’s most important assets, our children.
