St. Paschal Baylon Church concert to help Relay for Life

The Singing Judes of St. Jude’s Catholic community will present “The Big Love Concert” featuring songwriter, musician, and cancer survivor Susan J. Paul at 7:30 p.m. Sat., Oct. 1 at St. Paschal Baylon Church, 155 E. Janss Road, Thousand Oaks.

Tickets are $15 in advance and $17 at the door. Proceeds will benefit the Singing Judes’ participation in the American Cancer Society’s “Relay for Life at Conejo” on Oct. 8 and 9.

Paul blends soulful vocals with jazz, rock and blues. She’s toured with David Wilcox and Graham Nash, and has sung for TV commercials and movie soundtracks. She has four critically acclaimed albums, “Human Factor,” “Naked Heart,” “We Will Remember” and “Big Love.” Paul lives in Long Beach.
