Art show coming to Seaside Park The Ventura Originals Art & Craft Show (formerly known as the Harvest Festival) will be presented from Fri., Sept. 30 to Sun., Oct. 2 at Seaside Park, Ventura. The event showcases original, one-of-a-kind jewelry, photographs, paintings, pottery, ceramics, home dĂ©cor, clothing and specialty foods. New this year, the show will feature a “Rising Star” showcase of up-and-coming artists along with a new product showcase of innovations. Hundreds of local and nationally known artists will be participating and selling their creations. Also new this year will be the Kids’ Zone, an interactive site where children can learn how to create their own original arts and crafts items. Entertainment will be provided throughout the weekend event, and visitors may sample many food selections. Show hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Fri. and Sat. and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sun.
