Performances to Grow On to open season with comedy for entire family

Performances to Grow On will open its season of familyfriendly shows with physical comedian Bob Berky at 7 p.m. Sat., Sept. 17 at the Scherr Forum Theatre in the Countrywide Performing Arts Center, Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza, Thousand Oaks.

A juggler, unicycle rider, trickster and more, Berky is a man of many talents that will delight young and old alike. Berky uses simple objects in unexpected ways, transforming them from the mundane into the magical.

Berky has been featured on PBS, MTV, Disney and Nickelodeon. His work off-Broadway earned an OBIE Award, and he’s performed at the Kennedy Center, Lincoln Center and in venues across the nation.

Tickets are $14 for children and $18 for adults.
