Decorum a means to silence environmentalists

I’m so gratified to read that we will now have some “decorum” in future city council sessions.

Andy Fox and his cadre can now continue turning Thousand Oaks into a congested moneymad megalopolis, without fear of unruly noises from the angry citizens in the audience. The desires of the few now outweigh the needs of the many, and soon city chambers will be the only place peace and quiet can be found. Pete Gerard Thousand Oaks
