Newbury Park softball team heading to Texas for ASA Softball Nationals

LONE STAR STATE: LOOK OUT—After being crowned the champions of Western District ‘B’ and earning a fourth-place finish at state, the Newbury Park 10U Gold softball team is heading to San Antonio for a shot at a national title. The players include: Courtney Birkett, Savannah Carpenter, Lauryn De La Torre, Katelyn Fenstermacher, Michalla Greer, Amy Groth, Naomi Hudgins, Kourtney Kuder, Michelle Moss, Lauren Shane and Kelly Reinke and Michelle Smith.
